A new year doesn’t mean a new you — it means another opportunity to keep doing the work that matters.
Whether you’ve trained through the holidays or you’re stepping back into routine, we’re glad you’re here. Rx Fitness 235 exists for one reason: to help everyday people train with purpose, get stronger for life, and be part of a community that actually shows up.
Coach’s Corner: Why Consistency Beats Motivation
Motivation is unreliable. Some days it’s there, some days it’s not.
Consistency, on the other hand, is a skill — and like strength, it’s built over time.
Please remember that training doesn’t need to be perfect to be effective. It needs to be:
•Regular
•Intentional
•Sustainable
At Rx Fitness 235, our programming is designed so you don’t have to “feel motivated” every day. You just need to show up, follow the plan, and trust the coaches and the process. That’s how real progress happens — not in January hype, but in weeks, months, and years of steady effort.
If 2026 is about anything, let it be this: turning up even when it’s not exciting.
Our Values & Training Philosophy
A reminder of what we stand for:
• Quality movement before load – we are here to Coach and help. That means teaching safe movement before we load and add intensity.
• Progression over ego – we can’t help you and progress isn’t made if you aren’t in the gym. Progress is made by knowing where you are at, and being patient with it. It keeps you safe and it keeps you coming back. Ego’s are important for progress, but too much and it gets you benched with injuries.
• Training for life, not punishment – meaning we aren’t here to abuse our bodies because we are mad about choices we made yesterday. We are here to build strength, resilience and longevity so we can do all the cool stuff outside of these 4 walls with family andfriends… and maybe a comp or 2!
• Community over comparison – being inspired by others is what keeps us going. Comparing and wishing to be others is what sabotages our progress. This community helps people through the toughest of times. Let them help you get stronger and fitter.
Every session is coached. Every workout is scalable. Every member belongs here — regardless of where you’re starting from.
You don’t need to be fit to train here.
You train here to get fit.
Class Timetable Highlights
As we head into the new year:
•All regular classes are running as normal as of 5th January
•Coaches are available to help you scale, modify, or progress intelligently

New Year Lean Body Programme — Starting Soon!
Our New Year Nutrition Programme is kicking off shortly, and it’s not about extremes or quick fixes.
It’s about:
•Building consistency in our nutrition
•Learning better habits around meal prepping and portion size
•Creating momentum that lasts beyond January
